Although it has a high smoke point of around 410°F (which makes it suitable for high-heat cooking methods such as sautéing, pan-frying, and deep-frying) we don’t recommend cooking at this high of a temperature as you will burn off the THC. Instead, we recommend you to use it as a finisher or drizzler instead. Its rich, distinct flavor also makes it an excellent addition to dressings, sauces and marinades.
